Sorry if this is in the wrong area, but I am trying to do something like this for my '89 LT1 Camaro with a T5. The LT1 is out of a '95 Z28 and the trans is from an '89. I want to make and attach a reluctor/trigger wheel to either the output shaft of the trans or to the driveshaft so that the PCM can see the signal generated by the VSS and Reluctor, which a T56 has. Does it matter where I attach this wheel? If I make a trigger wheel (like the one Scott did), how do I determie the spacing between each tooth? Any input is appreciated.
