Right. This mod just seems to freshen up the trans and make it feel newer and less sloppy. But nothing crazy where other people riding would comment on it.sigpic New 2010 project (click image)

Loner, funny, I was hitting the limiter on 1-2 shift too and THEN I installed it. Seems to only do it on this one on-ramp. Everywhere else it shifts at 5500, but this one it shifts at like 6xxx and bounces off the rev limiter once before it shifts...sigpic New 2010 project (click image)

I'll chime in on this one too.
After a more extensive drive with the modulator, it would seem that it holds the gears longer when under moderate acceleration (could be my imagination I suppose). While I haven't yet done a good WOT run, it wouldn't surprise me if I hit the limiter.
But I MAY need to turn it down, as it shifts much more aggressively than previously thought. The 1-2 is just crap-your-pants firm as opposed to before. Not that it bothers me mind you but I don't wanna max out the pump either.

Hmm.....well I dunno whats happening then
I was under the impression that if the trans was seeing lower vacuum at the modulator, it would assume there is more throttle being applied, and thus holding the gears longer (like cruising 35mph and getting on it to pass someone)
Just proves how little I know about transmissions .God help me with shimming those accumulators
