Well since I did my OBDII swap one of the first codes I got on the higway was a PO1870, Transmission Component Slip.
Now I read up on this and it says it can be a result of a worn valve body in the TCC area... but mine is brand new and has the supplied TCC fixes by sonnax. I'm wondering if its possible for the Converter to be the one that is actually causing the code. I plan to swap it out when I do my motor now, but I wasn't thinking of it before.
Any input? Agree Disagree with my thought?
As of right now I just shut that code off with my tuner and the car acts as normal, goes in and out of every gear and goes into torque lock too.
I would hate to have to pull this trans again and fix it, but I'll do what I have to do.
