    i am happy to report i am BACK ON THE ROAD ....i called certified transmission here in kansas city....told them my issues wit the car..they said bring it in and we'll test it and find out whats wrong with it for free...i did...they said i had something bad inside and that it needed to be rebuilt...at a cost of 2500 for a 5 years 50k mile (i think) warrenty...i said no thanx....they then said 1850 for a rebuild and xxxx warrenty...still to rich for my blood...they then said ok..1500 and blah blah blah warrenty...nope guys still to rich for me (being poor sux) ...after that i told them i would just come get my car and get a used tranny and put it in and take my chances...used tranny's here are 70 bux at a place called pick n pull and thats even with a 30 day change if they go bad....now back to certified....a few days went bye and i got a call again...for 999 they would take my trans out...ship it to nebraska? and rebuild it with ANY PARTS IT NEEDS to make it work again...well mine needed alot of parts i think...so..with the help of family i got it done and man it's nice to be back on the road...i can tell the difference in shifting...soooooo smooth...very happy with the work they did...so now you all know that i am back on the road..my advise...stay OFF the sidewalk and make room for me..LOL

    Thats a good price with the labor to take it out plus shipping. How long did that take?

      took about a week....i was trying to get it in on a monday...but happened to get it tuesday...they are closed on sat and sun...so i got the call the next monday (6 days later) that it was ready at about 12:20 pm...so it was fairly quick...and man o man...it drives sooo nice
