Why would low end be sacrificed from freeing up some weight from the flywheel. It may be harder to pull out from a stop as there is less rotating mass to act as a dampener. Anyways, even if you did lose some low end it's definitely not a big deal in a TGP...we have plenty of it. Hell, the stock chip and even Jeff M's chip ramps the boost from 4-7.5psi(or 11.5 w/ Jeff's chip). This boost ramp is there mainly for tranny durability and as a traction aid as full boost is next to instant on a TGP.
