OK so, I'm doing my brakes today. Full deal, Slotted Rotors, Carbon Metallic's, New Calipers and GoodRidge lines. 3 of my 4 lines don't have the correct fittings on the hard-line end.
Guy at GoodRidge tells me that the kit is supposed to have 3/8"X24 threads on them. But why? The whole car is metric. He told me that they still work. So I did some measuring and they are M10X1.0.
They sent me one line that fits and is metric and the others are imperial. Fucker. So it sounds like I have to send them back and then they will figure out whats wrong and send me the correct lines. Not exactly convienient. Considering I'm in Canada.
I can't even buy a set here localy to get me by. They all have to be ordered in.
Could you guys tell me what the thread pitch is supposed to be?
