In the market for new bushing for swaybars..need help

Well i want to replace the bushings on the front and rear of my 92 GP. I have FE3 suspention. I am going to go with energy suspention. I have found a ton that will work but i need to know a def size. I was told 34mm for inner and 23mm for the outer. is that right??

also i cant find a universal one in 34mm if that is the case. On jegs site i found one for 82-92 camaro.
