  • Sagging Rear

I have a 92 Lumina and it has that sag in the rear. I have seen some lumina's sit level and that looks lot better. What do I need to level the car again?

Flex-a-Form is a new excercise video from RONCO. It helps sagging rear ends. And it fits under the bed! ( I have no idea what it is , but that sounded funny.) I would vote for coilovers.

He got me on the Flex-a-Form, I didn't see that one coming. I like the coilovers but the cost is too high. I'm not being cheap but the Lumina is not me project car, its a back-up to drive while I finish my other car. I just can stand to see the car sagging like that. Is there a cheaper way to get the car level?

You could always lower the front.

cheapest way out is to get the MOOG problem solver spring helpers, part # k-6000 you can get it at rockauto.com Runs about $60 and will raise the ride height to stock and keep it there. Just be aware that the ride gets a little more bouncy in the back, but it does its job. If not, then consider getting a spring from another w-body at a junkyard like a Buick Regal sedan, Grand Prix, or Cutlass SL.

Flex-a-form makes a lowering leaf spring for $300 US. It's a company. That makes leaf springs. I figured the w-body people would know what I was talking about.

(the car is already lowered from gravity.) Try Ben's Hockey puck.

Lowering springs is the complete opposite of the solution to the problem, could we stop shit-chatting about it already?

You could also custom order one from them at stock ride height. Those moog helpers really make for some disturbing bounce in my car.
