    Celebrity suspension uprade?

    Hey guys, I've been working on my 87 celebrity VR wagon and now that I've got the wheel/ tires set (running 225/50r17's), I need something in the suspension. My car has the heavy duty suspension package but its old and tired. SO what I'm looking for is new springs (prefer progressive rate springs), shocks/ struts.
    Any recommendations?

    Tuning a car is full of compromises. You must decide if you are willing to give up either reliability, performance, or a whole load of cash. Also remember that repairs will seem to come up much more often as you strive for even more performance

    Vintage auto parts? Wow that is going to be a long shot, unless it was the same as another car. Which I'd think it would be, but which one?

      Where would I contact them? The A-bodies were the celebrity's, olds ciera's, buick centries, and a couple others. They ran from '82-96. Not sure the *last* year for the wagons (the celebs were last avialable in 1990 & were only available as a wagon).
      Beyond that, the citation has a similiar suspension but would only be the "light duty" package as compared to the celebs. The fiero rear suspensions were the same as the front of a citation but carries the same problems.
