rear sway bar again

ok so i had a topic on rear sway bars before and I was gonna order one and was looking at what is the stock rear sway bar at least it is to the best of my knowledge and could figure out how the hell you are supposed to get it out it looks like it is welded to the suspension. he's some pics(sorry bout bad quality my dig cam broke so i used my camera phone)
