I've always heard that tubular control arms will not hold up well to the abuse of daily driving. And I've always found that quite odd...

How well do things like these hold up in a daily application?

Having just torn my front end apart, I'm curious as to how you measured those to fit. The balljoint and rear bushing look like they could be close, but there is nothing like that heim joint or the sway bar link in the first gen control arm.

97+/second generation control arms will NOT work on a first generation w-body. Believe me. I spent about dollars modifying my car to accept 2g knuckles.

              Car-part.com shows 89-99 w-body A-arm as being interchangable. ????

Not all w-bodys changed to gen2 in 97. I usually refer to that year because in a grand prix dude. But no second generation control arms will fit on a first gen. They dont bolt up to the subframe or to the balljoint.

The 1st GEN W-body control arm bushings Front & Rear are the same as ONLY THE REAR on the 2nd GEN W-body cars.

You would need Mark's Control Arm's...
