Post #4 has instructions... Some say (I believe) it's not required to break the knuckle to remove the spring... I did, so I really don't know.... I only removed one side..
Note who it was that started that thread!!! You already asked this!!!
Possibly if you loosened or removed the two clamps that hold the spring you could move it enough to get at the bolt,, doesn't look like it needs too much more to get it... With the wheels off of the ground there is no pressure on the spring....

I used a floor jack to compress mine when I swapped out the leaf on the 91 for a stiffer one.

yeah i just lowered the spring on the passenger side to get some space to remove that bolt.
it is all done and repaired now with 50 bucks of scrap parts from a more recent lumina.
the dealer wanted like 400 bucks in parts.
