  • driver side rear clunk sometimes

I replaced the rear shocks last month with new strut top plates, accordion boot and bumpstop.

Now sometime when travelling over some bumpy pavement i hear a clunk in the rear.

Could it be the top plate bolt to the chassis not tighten? Or could it be the top plate retaining bolt on the shock piston not tighten? Or there is some bushing or part that is worn that needs replacing??

here is pics of the rear suspension geometry. It has the transverse fiberglass leaf spring setup called the FE3 suspension.

could it be the cylindrical rubber bushing applying tension between the shock and lower arm being bent? you can see it is picture one between the swaybar mount and driver rear caliper.
