I have a 99 Lumina base model that I've been upgrading the suspension on, and the only lowering springs I've been able to find are made by an outfit named Suspension Techniques. I bought a set of them a couple of weeks ago and I've been waiting for the F41 Chevy handling package sway bars I bought to show up, which they finally did this week. I'll post a thread and let you know how well they work as soon as I get all the stuff installed. The ST springs are supposed to lower the car 1-1.5 inches, which should be just about right. And ST calls them Sport Tech springs.

I have the ST springs on mine.. They are good. the Eibach for the price in my opinion are the best..

      Hope this helps..
