I know I should probably post this on a differnt forum, more relating to Fieros, but Im here and thought I would give it a shot .. Looking for a Fiero .. I heard the 88s had the better suspenion (4wheel independant) and best brakes. So my question is .. would it be an easy swap to obtain these features on an 87 or maybe an 86?

They all had 4 wheel independent, but my understanding is that the '88 was a better design and less prone to bump steer in the rear end. I have heard about people using the '88 subframe in the older cars, but I do not know if it's as simple as that, or if there's more complications involved.
