So i got my rear drums swaped out for the discs and everything went smooth and on the test drive i found i had a sticking caliper 
.. That mofo was HOT!!! I knew i was going to have a problem with that one when i couldnt get the piston to compress all the way when putting it all together.. So looks like i need to swap it out again. need to get new e-brake cables too... Had to cut them off, i ran out of time to take them off the right way.
the swap was pretty easy tho. definatly seems to stop alot better them the drums, Well i guess the leaky wheel cylinders saturating the shoes didn't help
