little offset question

i think i read somewhere the stock offset on a 94 gtp is 41mm. i seen some wheels i like that are 45mm.

so would that mean the new wheels would stick out more?

next what if i find a wheels that is 35mm? would that fit? not sure about all the clearences but my coilover springs are much smaller in diameter than my stock springs were.

Stock offset is +25mm on a 5star rim. IIRC any rims with a +48mm or more will rub


So +45mm offset will stick in hella. It would look real ugly if it were a 7" wide rim. 7.5" might rub.
