what car came with 16" steelies

i know theres got to be one out there.

What are you using these for if you dont mind me asking? I dont think ive ever seen steelies that big.

just for spairs.. well searched carpart.com and the 01 monte came with 16x6.5 steel wheels.

when i got my snows for the grand am i bought steelies with them from tire rack they were like 45 a piece. was just seeing if anyone knew of any cars so i could avoid ordering them.

i just need 2.

ah, okay. I checked on discounttiredirect.com and I couldnt find any steelies in 16". I bought some 15s there for my drag radials a while back.

they got these universal bolt patter ones both 5x100 and 115 but for 70 plus shipping i think ill hit the yards up

nice so between the impala and monte i should find something thanks guys. i was just looking for steelies so in the winter when its warm and not snowing for awhile i just swap the front ones with normal tires, saves the snows.

did it last year worked out pretty good.

Werent those only the police package impalas that came with the steelies? Might be tough to find.

The base model Impala has the 16" steelies. The 9C1 and 9C3 Impalas (police package and service packages (taxis)) have the "heavy duty" steelies that weigh more than the regular steelies.

yeah i found heavy duty and and regular as an option when searching on carpart.com. im like wtf obviously im not going add more weight. the normal ones would be fine.
