    FYI-
BMR lateral bars work in the rear of the 95-99 Monte Carlos
Held Motorsports made STB's (front and rear). I do not know if they still sell them. The older rear bar had a poor design. They also make various other upgrades like coilovers, though Shane hated his that had their old design- too noisy. The new coilover design was supposed to cure the noise issues, but I haven't heard much about it.

Id imagine you would have to do it down low on the strut tower or put some big bends in it, both of which will make it not work near as well and not really worth it.

parts needed to make your own coilovers (appx. $150-200)
                sleeves: http://www.a1racing.com/index.asp?Pa...OD&ProdID=1734
                nuts: http://www.a1racing.com/index.asp?Pa...OD&ProdID=1744
any of these springs should work: http://store.summitracing.com/egnsea...115+4294787535
you can use the stock mounts and stock struts. you may have to modify the top of the strut body for the sleeve to fit over it

Does any know about better control arms for the front of a Cutty? I know the '97+ GP's have better options, but what about us first gen cars? I NEED to get a set.

Aweb80...how much for a rear STB in a Cutty sedan?

Just a note about Sway Bars for Luminas. The Addco Sway Bar part #639 listed for 95-99 Luminas will NOT fit the Lumina chassis. I know this because I ordered one of them from Addco, and when it arrived, it was not even close to the configuration of the bar on the car. I called Addco and told them about it and emailed them pics of the bar. They checked with their engineering department and said that I was right, the bar would not fit a Lumina chassis. They had assumed that all the W-bodies used the same chassis, and they don't. The Lumina is different from the Pontiac, Buick, and Olds chassis, and the sway bar design is completely different also. The only heavy-duty rear sway bar that will fit a 95-99 Lumina is the factory one from the Ride and Handling package used on the LTZ and Police suspensions, Chevy part # 10242079. Hope this saves somebody else from making the same mistake I did.

IIRC the Monte Carlo Z34 bar is the same. Should be a good find at a local yard.

cutlass supreme FE3, the addco bar 7/8" listed on the first page works for first gens like ours. Also, do you already purchase the 34mm front? FE3 in 88 only had a 30mm bar IIRC.
