Swaybar HELP!

Ok so finally after almost 2 months of waiting for my sway bar from addco, I get it. However, it included a blank piece of paper. No instructions! I get most of it but I have parts that I'm unsure where they would go... parts that look like they would be performance end links and such, as if my rear bar was setup like this

But it obviously isn't....

anyone have instructions or want to tell me what is what?

The website does not have instruction in PDF? Have your tried calling them?
