Hey guys,
Putting together a nice little multi-forum meet in the Rochester area. All GM mostly 60v6 cars but there will be some 90vs and others as well.
Heres the basics:
When: Saturday September 3rd and Sunday September 4th
Where: Rochester, NY
What we are doing:
Saturday afternoon/evening
-Meet at Hooters (Beer, Wings, Party, Hangout)
945 Jefferson Rd
Rochester, NY 14623
-Sunday Starting at 11am ending ???
Meet and BBQ at Mendon Ponds Park (Largest Park in Rochester)
We have a pavilliaon for 60 people reserved with a BBQ available
Cost: $0.00
No money will be required to meet, of course its take care of yourself at Hooters and I will be taking donations to kick in for the cost to reserve the pavillion.
We will also need people to bring something for the BBQ so we all have something to eat. We are going to need th following:
Hamburger Patties
Hot dogs
Hot dog and Hamburger buns
Paper plates and cups
Garbage Bags
Paper towels
Sodas
Chips
Charcoal
If everyone brings a couple things we should have plent for everyone
There is no track at this meet it is just a hang out and chill meet. You can come for Sat night, Sunday or both. Personally I will be there both days and staying at a local hotel.
This is a multi-club meet and any and all comers are invited. Of course this is mainly for v6 GM powered cars but anyone who wants to hang out and show thier stuff is welcome.
