        • Do we have a date set up for this meet yet? I need to let my work know soon when it's for things where I need more than a day off.
I may own a GTO now, but I'm still a 60V6er at heart.

          • I would like to help, but since this will be my first V6 meet (if this ever happens), so I have no clue how it goes.

How about we first choose a month. June or July?

Sadly, it seems sometimes to turns into a full-time bar scene.

                • Either or, just set a date, and i'll most likely be there!! South Bend works for me cause i have a cousin who works for Notre Dame that i could probably stay with, and Chicago works even better considering its like 30 minutes away. Either way, Ill have a few cases of Budweiser flowing out of the cooler that seems to be permanently in my trunk!!! Plus, id like to meet you guys & trade car stories and knowledge. Plus, if it's in chicago, people who need to camp out in their cars can most likely come to my house and use my parking lot. I have room for like 40. and a fire pit!

                  • I no longer have time to plan this meet, or possibly even attend. Given that no one ever shows up, im not really that sad about it. If someone else wants to plan it, go ahead.

                    • I'd like to attend one of these meets once my car is done, which prolly means '07 to get everything I want to do to the car done. And I have no idea what I'll be doing that far down the road, so I have no way of knowing if I could go.

                        • I know that Ben was planning the 60* meet in July, but from his last post, it doesn't look like he has the time to plan it anymore. So, just letting you all know that the W-body meet will be from July 8th-10th. Here for more details- http://www.w-body.com/forum/viewtopi...0209&start=240

I know many of you may not be interested as there won't be all that much tuning, racing, etc... But, we hope to hit the drag strip friday night. Most of the guys on that board are more about appearance than the technical stuff, but there will be a few of us there that like whats under the hood more than anything.

Feel free to attend, even if you do not drive a W-body.

                          • The 60V6 meet this year is sorta happening, kinda. Its not going to be anything large scale unless someone really gets this moving. Im thinking we can do what we always do...whatever we want to. There are lots of things to do for a weekend in this area. Still don't know of a dyno and tim hasn't said shit about the autocross guy.

Im not planning anything but I can point everyone in a good direction if you guys want to come hang out. Im kinda busy right now but once I get myself completely organized, who knows. Im thinking late summer is going to work best for me.
