My car is still broken, yet driving around perfectly fine haha. at about 10mph in 1st and if getting hard on 2nd, the car feels like I am on the rumble strips to the side of the highway (the kind to keep you awake)

Okay, here's the problem. Sony, in their infinnite wisdom, gives you a program that lets you convert the camera footage into something you can edit. However, it only lets you downconvert to crappy MPEG and you lose all the HD. The truck pass is in SD. I've spent most of my time trying to find a program that would allow me to edit the footage in HD, and then when I'm done with it, burn it and keep the HD formatting or save the files in HD. I finally "obtained" a program last night that will let me do this. So be patient with me a little longer, I'll be editing like mad this morning.

EDIT: Oh yeah, I need everyone's pictures too. The more stuff I have to work with the better.

Yup. That sounds like Sony. I bought an external dual-layer DVD burner from them and it would only work with Nero as a driver...

I took it apart and installed the drive itself in my PC tower, works like a charm now lol.

I like Sony and all, but I've moved to LG for my optical drive needs. Much cheaper, never had a problem out of any of the 3 I've bought, and I got all DVD (including DL) and CD format burning capability and a fraction of the price for a Sony that could do DL but not CD, or do all DVD except DL yet keeps CD capability (at the time I bought it).

FINALLY! After speding a whole day with the software, I figured it out enough to make the first video AND save it in HD. It's footage of the trip down to KY. Hope you like it, the rest will be coming!

I finished putting together the drag racing footage last night. Problem is it's 15 minutes long, Youtube onlywill allow me to upload videos that are 10 minutes max, so I'll have to break it into two files unelss I can find a different place to load it to so you guys can see it. Started working on the camping and the RC car footage. Hopefully that won't take as long the first stuff.
