Honestly, I say just do the campsite. If there are people that don't want to camp, then let them determine their own hotel accomodations. The camp ground allows for people to sit around and chat all night long. This includes people staying at a hotel - they just have to leave at some point to sleep.-Brad-

We had 9 people at the first meet so there shouldn't be a need for 20 people. 2nd time around we had about the same. I have no idea on the tour but we can be a part of any group for that, not just us exclusively. The track isn't expensive either so overall, I wouldn't worry about some bulk price deal and just take it for what it is (cheap and awesome).
This isn't a car show, unless you count the broken rocker arm award (since john didn't take it home with him, its getting recycled to this event). Whoever has the most problems gets it. It is a 60V6 tradition.Ben

Count me in. I'm in Cleveland Ohio. I'll go the 500 mile mark, but I will also take into consideration florida! Preferably by the beach with all the g-string wearing women, and on the consideration of the TIGHT lips of 60 degree members not mentioning it to my wife!sigpicHow to make High performance Emissions:
A "true" High flow converter, straight pipe.
Low/No flow EGR valve, block off plate.
Carbon canister and purge valve mod, place in large 30 Gallon can, cover, and place curbside, the city will do the rest.
PCV valve and vent tube, reroute to exhaust to dump where it belongs, on the ground. Or add breathers and let it all free.

Actually I find more comfy than in the tent. At that time of the year Bowling Green is hot and humid. Everytime I got there for the meet I sleep in the car.Lorenzo

OK, we could camp. I have the same misigivings about it that some have shared. It's Kentucky, it will probably be hot and muggy, if it rains that sucks because no tent I've ever owned manages to be waterproof. But since they have mians to hook up to fans will keep the air moving at least. I just know with my luck every time I've camped psycho weather comes it that manages to ruin the whole experience. Guess we'll find out how cursed I am!
Then, we need to srt out a date. Late July I'm not so keen on, comes up too soon for some people to make preparations, nor does that first weekend in August. Any weekend after that I'm up for or Labor Day weekend. Let's hear thoughts on that for the next couple of days. In the meantime I'll call Beech Bend and inquire about camping and drag racing.I may own a GTO now, but I'm still a 60V6er at heart.
