Well, for the regional events, I am hosting a Citation X-11/ 660 meeting in florida. Running from after carlisle to July 1st with a run to the cape to watch the shuttle go up. And a test run or 2 through the forest....
Tuning a car is full of compromises. You must decide if you are willing to give up either reliability, performance, or a whole load of cash. Also remember that repairs will seem to come up much more often as you strive for even more performance

I am hosting what was a 1st Gen Grand Prix meet up by meet July 19-22, but I'd be happy to expand it to an any 60v6 meet. It's up in Madison, WI if anyone wants to drive that far. I'm gonna have a lot of events planned as well.
I may own a GTO now, but I'm still a 60V6er at heart.

In honor of pocket-rocket posting again, here's some footage from the 2005 60V6 meet. And also, since no one on clubgp has any interest in coming to my meet save a couple die hards, screw em! My meet is now the 60v6 meet, unless someone else wants to host it.

If I can go I will probably have to ride with someone. The 92 needs tires bad, and the pothole situation here as at it's worst, so now it needs rims as well The 91 sounds like complete butt since sitting for 2 years rotted the mufflers and the cat rattles, and overall, that car doesn't look too nice anyways. I could drive my new little 94 Ranger, but I have only been driving it for 2 weeks now, and am not sure how it would react to a long drive like that. The previous owner had a problem with front tire blowouts when driving it down the highway at 70+ for extended periods of time... I don't take it to that speed or if I get close to it, it's not that long. I can't complain though, I only paid $600 for it and its in great shape minus the back bumper that they had backed into something, and the rust hole on the tailgate (they live in Michigan and Michigan uses a lot more salt in the winter). I did a quick look around under it a week ago and didn't see anything wrong to cause blowouts, and haven't had time to check deeper lately. It would be awesome to see everyone anyways, haven't seen anyone for a good long while now. Ben hasn't even seen our apartment, and our year lease is up already. :P

EDIT: Thanks for the warm welcome Josh
