Search, lots of topics on this. You need a 3400 lower and upper intake. Watch the rocker arm to lower intake clearances (might have to grind some off the lower intake).
Alternatively you could get the 3400 heads with the roller style rockers to complement the upper and lower intakes and then you would have big valves, big intake, roller rockers, and no worries about clearances. I suppose you could even throw a whole 3400 in and be done with it. The 3400 will use your old acc brackets, the only thing to watch out for is that you use the year cam sensor that the block is. If you use a 00-02 3400 you will have to get a new downpipe made up, but mine cost me $120 out the door as part of a whole cat-forward exhaust upgrade on a 89 GP.
or keep your 95 3100 exhaust manifolds and downpipe, no mods nessasary. The 3400 style rear flows better though.
95 heads you might need to clearance teh LIM. 94-95 didn't have roller rockers and they will hit. Some 95 had rollers, but its rare. But if you swap heads, no problem.
