'93 3.1L cav into a '97 2.2L Sunfire

Have a '93 cav 3.1L and want to put it in a '97 2.2L Sunfire
Any guideance, links or thoughts would be helpful.

if you look in the engine swap section on the main page you'll find where people have tried swapping a 3x00 into a 3rd gen j-body. if you look in the members ride section i belive there is a guy with a late z24 convertable with a 3x00 in it as well, you might try contacting him. for the most part you would be wasting your time with that 3.1 and you are betting off selling it and picking up a 3x00, perferably the 3400.
