I have a 1993 2.8 S10 and a 1992 3.1 Camaro/Firebird engine that I want to put in the truck. What would be the better way to do this? Use my current TBI setup and change to 4.3 injectors or do the MPFI from the 3.1 and swap computers? Will the 3.1 computers work on the S10 without any wire conversions? What changes would have to be done to the fuel delivery system to handle the extra fuel? I know I have to keep the 2.8 flywheel no matter what. What would be an easier, cheaper, and most fuel efficient swap?

The TBI swap is a direct bolt in. Thats what I would do.
The MPFI requires a computer change and wiring change along with other bits and pieces.
A 3.1L with the TBI on top will look exactly like stock. This is good if you have smog.1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma

Between 9~13 would make it run. But with a bigger engine you will need to pump it up above 13 for sure to make it run well at WOT1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma
