There should not be a problem. Everything is being sucked into the plenum. No hot ar will go into the IAC. Plus the EGR will always be closed when at idle so the IAC and EGR will share the port but never really use it at the same time.

It would be pretty easy to make a pass-thru egr version. All it takes is drilling the one hole all the way through the block. If someone wants one like that I can do it.

Haha, I just want to say that the Ford TB is great... I think I have a performance version of it @ 70mm but the major difference comes from the feel of it... my 3400 TB required MUCH more gas pedal movement to get it to WOT...

But now with this ford part, since where the throttle cable hooks up is soo small, it only requires pushing the gas pedal down about 3/4' for WOT... might be a little tricky at first, but this is going to make it VERY fun to drive. haha

I drove around on it a little, but I need an IAC to tune the 30# injectors in... I have money ready to go. Just say when, Hell, I would even pay extra for the one pictured there if it meant getting it here earlier. :P

        Later.
