If you need me to measure anything on these just tell me what you need and I can get it done.

I'll pay for one of these, PM me if you ever get them done. *sold*

I would like mine to hookup to the square hole (EGR)... I already tapped threads into my Evap hole and put in a fitting to attach a boost guage.

I think EGR hole will be easiest so if I go this way, that's the one I'll hook up to.

Just out of curiousity why did you tap the evap hole for the boost gauge? Can you not run it off of the fitting for vacuum on the other end of the plenum?

I've got all the measurements, I just didn't get a chance to finish it up last night. As far as mounting goes, I'll have to work with Marty somemore on that. I know what I need to change to get the air ports in there, but as far as attaching the block to align the ports with the plenum, I'm not exactly sure. I'm sure Marty will chime in and answer those questions those.

Well, since that hole had no way of really sealing it up short of getting it welded. I decided to do this instead.

                ok, that makes good sense

Brad, awesome job with that, if we had ratings on this forum I would give you (another) plus.

Which kind do you want? The one to mate the IAC to a 3500 plenum EGR port, or to a Ford TB? I might mess around this weekend and try one out.

To the 3500 EGR would be more exciting IMO.

OK...I'll see about making one or more for the 3500 EGR mounting.

                              Hey,

Any progress on this at all?

                              ...

I guess what I am getting at here, is that well, I have the material, and, I know a guy that can make me one (maybe 2), would you be pissed off if I printed your plan there and got one done? Thought I would ask first cause it's not really my design...

BUT, if you are making progress, I will wait it out, and get it from you instead.

My car comes out of the snowbank VERY soon, and I wanna be ready to roll.

The CAD files are online for a reason... so people can use them (for the most part). I know Marty was gonna mess with making one with his drill press, but I don't think he ever got around to it.

Just make sure you post pics when you get it made!!!
