      Yea my point exactally. TRACK ONLY. Thats not a problem for any engine.

        Yeah, I've meet Shirl a couple times as she used to go to the same track that I frequent. As mentioned above, the guy that has the 11 second NA 3.8 is not on the internet, but it's still an 11 second NA V6!!

          ok now im pretty knowledgeable about motors and how to make power and stuff
          now are you saying an 11 sec series 2 na without nos and if so will someone please explain this too me because i know of several things about a series 2 na motor that makes it hard to make alot of power

            Track only man. As in a race team budjet invested. Probabally with an oddfire forged crank spinning at 8000RPM.

              streetable or not to do what you would need to do to a 3800 series 2 to get that kind of power
              it wouldnt be a series 2 3800 anymore
              maybe a 3.8 liter 90 v6 with different heads, pistons, solid roller cam, etc
              basically a whole different engine

                remember guys, those cars are stock eliminator, so they have to work under extremly strict rules. they have to use pretty much a stock motor, and push the limits of the stock specs right to the limit

                  Oddfire cranks are stock 3.8L. The are strong as any SBC crank of the same material. If it was forged thats good for a few thousand horsepower.
