What year 3400? 2000+ and I can provide you a whole kit. 1999 or earlier and JBP can sell you one.

I am interested in the kit for a 3400 from a 2000+ Let me know what comes with it and if theres anything else that I would need to get. Hopefully I won't need another intake manifold like I've been hearing from other members. I'm assuming your kit will allow me to use the older egr on the newer plenum correct? Let me know Cz-7a

You got it. I will provide a whole kit. Plate, a modified fitting to adapt the 3400 manifold thread to the 3.1L EGR tube, an elbow fitting, the required bolts and gaskets.

Figure about $150 for labour and the aluminum plate and modified fitting. Then add for the cost of bolts and another store bought fitting. Dont forget shipping. I will need your old 3.1L EGR tube and the fitting in the manifold. I will also need the new 3100 tube aswell.

Here is a pic of the plate
