3.4 swap into a 1970 opel gt

I am swapping a 1995 3.4l from a camaro into a 1970 opel gt. I have been working on the project for over a year now. The engine and transmission is installed. The problem is, the engine is running really rich and fouling the plugs. It is the obd 1.5 system. I did not install the data link to plug in a scanner to see if I have any trouble codes. I am in need of a wiring diagram so I can put the data link in, so I can scan the ecm.
