easy 3.1 engine swap question

hello everybody! i have a 95 beretta with a blown 3.1. i found a great deal on an engine out of a 2000-2002 buick car. sorry i don't have the exact info on the car it's coming out of.... but i was wondering if it's gonna be an easy swap or not. i'm picking it up tomorrow morning(11-25) to install it this weekend. any quick info would be greatly appreciated!
