3x00 alternator bracket

for the 3.1 mpfi to 3400 SFI swap, using my original CS130 alternator, do i just use the 3.1 alternator bracket? i bolted it on(after clearancing for valve cover) and the pulley doesnt look like it lines up well, kinda seems too far in toward the engine.

stock 3.1 bracket should be fine. that is what i am using on my 3400 swap.

got it, forgot to put the hook bracket behind the alternator bracket so it was in too far.
