engine dimensions

What are the approximate overall dimensions/weight for the 60 degree V6?

I am looking for a new engine for a 1974 BMW 2002. The stock engine is a 2.0l I4 and space it a bit tight. The GM 60degV6 looks like a pretty good choice given that I readily get about 200 ftlbs of torque in a 2000 lbs car.

The 3400 measures 19 inches from the front of the pulleys to the rear of the block, depending on which way you turn the intake manifold add another 2 inches forward and 4 inches to the rear of the engine.
width is 22 inches
hieght is 26.5 incheds to the bottom of the pan (the way the pan is configured at the the front section of the pan it is about 23.5 inches)
