yes it will work. It would work better if you swap the heads and intake. You might also need to swap the timing cover, that depends on wheather you need the extra idiler pully or not.

You can get by with just swapping the intakes, but with a 94 it will have different rockers and they will hit the lower intake unless you grind the lower intake in those spots to clear it. And no you can't swap the later year rockers onto the 94 heads there is no notches in those heads to align the rockers.
