whats needed 2.8 to 3500swap
well i havent been here for a while as everything has been working fine and been too short on cash to afford to mess with working stuff, till the otherday when my fiero 2.8 developed a rod knock....
i got a source on a low mile 3500(non-vvt) and was wondering what ill need to drop it into the fiero and mate it to the 4speed muncie.
it comes w/ harness and ecu, so i know ill have to do a bit of wiring, and run new coolant hoses, and mod the exhaust...
main question, will it bolt upto the trans and if so will i need a custom flywheel/modify a 3.4iron head flywheel? and will the 2.8 mounts work on the 3500? or will i need to go custom on that too?
