Questions Pointer 90 Cavy 2.2 want to swap it out

Hey guys not going to ramble on. I have a 1990 base model cavy and wanted to look into a 3100/3400 swap for it. downfall is its a 2.2 motor. just need few pointers on where to look for swap info, and parts that might be needed...assuming that i need alot of parts. what do you guys think verse...trieing to swap a ecotec or 3800 s/c into the car.

the 4cyl to V6 swap isn't too bad, you'll have to either pick up a parts car (Z24 or RS) or find one at the junk yard and take all the motor mounts, trans, axles, computer, harness and most likely the gauge cluster.

Your 4cyl trans (5 speed or auto) won't last long behind a 3400.
