Pics of 4L30E trooper trans ??

Does it have a removeable bell housing ??

I have a 3L30 and would like to know if I can bolt up the 60degreeV6 bell to it. just thinking of a nice swap that may be possible.

Hey guys, just doing a little research here. I put a Geo Tracker engine and automatic transmission in my Samurai. While researching this, I learned that the Isuzu 4L30E is based off of the Trackers 3L30 (3-speed) transmission. So I am thinking that I can use a 2.8 Isuzu engine and mate it to the...

A little vague, BUT, seems that I can put a FWD 3.1 L pretty easily into my Chevy tracker with the Trooper bellhousing.

Not sure about the torque converter though...

Ahh crap, seems the oil passages in behind the bellhousing are different...
