how fast are you spinning that 3.4? that 600cfm carb sounds like way too much......

yea a 390 cfm 4brl is what i was told would work, but i've been using the 600cfm holley for a little over 7k miles now and it runs great. plus i just happend to pull that carb off another one of my project vehicles and i used it.

the HT 3.4 allready has the Crane H260-2 camshaft installed, the Comp 260 would be a sideways step.. If you want more top end power with a healthy idle the Crane H272-2 cam might do the trick.

        Nice swap though!

if you want to spend the time to get it running great, then a 1200cfm double pumper might work eventually but it would take a while to get there..... that and with a carb that big the off idle to WOT bog would be about as bad as a turbo meant for a big block stuck on a metro.....

but if it works, it works....

The HT 3.4 cam is a good daily driver with a good power boost, next step up would be the 272 but you might want to talk to someone who's running one before making any changes. I ran a 390 on mine, can't imagine a 600 on anything but an all out engine, your secondaries may not even be opening.
