    since Im a newbie to this site, heres a little about myself, my names Adam, and Im in Sarnia Ont Canada...yay...well i have a 1993 Z24 with a clean, but naturally worn motor....I wanted to stick a 3400 series SFI into it...can anyone gimme some cool pointers in doing this swap? later, Im planning, or planned to turbo the car...Neways, any help would be helpful for me, and to others...
    Even though Im new, dont think I can\'t suprise you

      SFI's are nice,DOHC's are better. BTW, do they still have that chip wagon open by the bridge?

        DOHC is a much harder swap. A 3400 is more relaible anyway. Plus it is cheeper easier to find and easier to find replacement parts for.

        Lloyd and I just did the 3400 swap. It was pretty straight forward. however we added alot of special parts and replaced almost everything. Basically the car hauls ass now and can be expected to last for several years.
        1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma
        1990 4Door, 3.2L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. 4X4. Trooper
