no1 makes a kit, check out www.domesticcrew.com i know the mounts in your car are different from the J/L body, they MIGHT bolt to the 3400 but not sure
as for getting all the hoses and wiring done, its as simple as going to a parts store (for the j/l body guys anyways)
im hoping some1 can verify the mouningsigpic

you re-use the 3.1 harness and move a few connectors. It's very easy.
$1K is average swap cost.

The only thing i'd replace on a 3x00 from the junk yard is the LIM gaskets, rebuilding the whole thing is usually very costly, espicially when these engines are known to last for a very long time with propper maintenance.
With a propper rebuild expect to stack on an extra grand atleast. Stuff adds up quick. lol

Grab a low mileage 3400, inspect the oil fill cap for mayo and the bottom oil for water sitting in it. If not, then I'd say the LIM gasket hasn't leaked too bad. Replace it with a metal one felpro or dorman and call it a day. Look for the newer W bodies that had a 3100 in them for installation ideas. The 3100/3400 are almost the same and you can use the parts from a 3100 W body to put the swap together.
Electrical is only injector harness for the new style connectors. Then you'll need a chip burned to run the 3400 injectors and 3400 tune. Those are out there plenty of guys can do that. You won't use the cam sensor on the 3400 of course, or the 24x crank sensor just the normal 7x/3x one in the block. Check out domesticcrew.com swap guide for ideas on the little things you need to do.sigpic New 2010 project (click image)

you can get by with stock 2.8 injectors and no tune, not the best choice but it works. many people have done it including me. i didnt have a wideband at the time but ive been told it gets lean at upper RPMSsigpic
