Just purchased 95 3.4 dohc to install into 92 Z34. The intakes are different (sfi vs. mfi). What, if anything can I do to make this swap? I have the exhaust manifolds from the 95. The intake looks like it will physically bolt on. I have commited to it now, if it won't work, will have to buy another motor. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The intake manifolds are the same. Identical. The difference between MPFI and the SFI engines is entirely in the computer and wire harness. As far as I know (and I really dont since I've never done such a swap, I really just wanted to point out that the hardware on the 2 engines is identical) the 95 should be an easy swap as all the sensors the 92 uses are in the same spots and the same ones. The 95 may have a few extra sensors that you would just ignore, such as the cam position sensor and I believe they had more than 1 crank position sensor when it went to SFI.1991 Grand Prix GTP LX9swap/Getrag 284 --- SOLD =(
