how to?91 cavalier 3.1 to a newer 3100 or 3400

idk ive been looking for a good 3.1 motor but every motor i find has 120,000+ miles for higher numbers of cash..... i own 2 engines a 3100 out of a 97 grand am SE and a 3400 out of a 2000 malibu and i'm trying to be kinda cheep so i was wondering if i could use one of those two engines in my car...

owner of a 1991 cavalier for one week... Ya in that week bad injector... collapsed lifter... what next idk and i dont wanna find out... just want different motor and call it quits...

alot of us Cavalier guys have swapped to the newer engines. I had a '02 3400 for a while and now run a '04 3500.

have you checked out www.v6z24.com ? there are probably 50-100 guys on there that have done this swap. Good place to go if you have questions after reading the install giudes.
