i've tried to do research but getting frustrated

i want to do a 3400 top swap, i have a 95 3100 small port, the car is a 95 chevy beretta, with auto trans

i dont have the facilities to do a complete motor swap

i have found some 3400's to part out

i would like to know what i would be getting into to do the swap, heads, upper and lower intake, throttle body

or should i just swap the intakes?

i am sure i will need all new gaskets, could i use the same fuel rails or should i upgrade those at the same time?

See my PM reply, but for fuel rail and injectors keep your original. If you change FPR or injectors to the 3400 ones the engine will flood out at idle and driving because the ECM does not know that you put larger ones in. Save those upgrades for when you go to OBDII and can adjust the tables in the ECM for them. In the mean while the ECM will adjust (might take a while) but it has some room for adjusting before it can't adjust anymore.
