Maybe hit the nut with a blow torch to expand it a little... What is it doing just spinning and not coming off??

Put something on the nut to pull up while you are unscrewing it. Perhaps some sort of forked thing.. Or try maybe vise grips and pull up while turning them? Maybe a gear puller?

Or get one of those nut breakers and crack the nut.

Are the heads OK? you didn't crack the heads where the studs go in did you?

aight, i found the nutcracker at northern tool...problem is they come in from the side and these are stamped steel rockers.

so i bought a butane torch and heat the nut until it started smoking and still couldnt get it of...

                any ideas

Can you unscrew the rocker stud? I can't remember if the stud has a hex shape or something on the top or not. If you can do that then you can just unscrew it, take it off and replace with new stuff, or then dremel the nut off and replace the stud/nut and get the rocker arm off without getting metal dust all over the engine.

If you have access to it, you could take a welder and tack the nut to the stud maybe and then unscrew the stud out?
