I rebuilt my 2.8 for my 91 s10, then I decided to swap it out for a V8, so the 2.8 is just sitting there not getting used. Im trying ot sell it but no one seems interested. I was thinking about buying a junk fiero and throwing this engine in it to have as a good driver.First off will then engine work, like mounts and bellhousing. Second will I need to convert it to a MPFI instead of the throttle body?Will I need a new oil pan, and what about the acc. on the engine? The truck was a 5 speed, and Id like to find a 5 speed feiro, any certain years and engines in them to look for? Any help would be great, thanks!

you will need to swap to mpfi to run the factory ecm. you will need a fwd/fiero oil pan and some accessories may need swapping. the other thing is you need to get a starter relocation kit, basicly its the jig for drilling the holes for the starter on the other side of the block, as the transverse engine uses the starter on the oposite side of the block from a rwd.

Will I need to find a V6 fiero or can I get a 4cyl? Ive read about comapnies making a turbo kit for fieros, are they for v6s or 4s? Who makes them? Thanks for the help.Comment
