    No.

I have some crane magnesium roller tip 1.6 rockers and high energy pushrod to with if you want. Otherwise they are going on ebay soon, nobody is biting on them. They only have a couple of hundred miles on them, and won't work with my 3500 heads. I'll take $100 shipped.

As far as a cam, the pump drive and dizzy use the same size gear.

OK, so what intake gasket will I need?

On the rockers, I already have someone who modified several sets of stock 3400 rollers and he's waiting on me to tear my original engine down. But thanks anyways.

OK, so the drive gear and dizzy gear is the same size. Looks like we're on the right track thus far. Still, swap an go or no?
Tuning a car is full of compromises. You must decide if you are willing to give up either reliability, performance, or a whole load of cash. Also remember that repairs will seem to come up much more often as you strive for even more performance

the problem you will run into is the 89 beretta is a gen 2 motor with aluminum heads, and there never was a carb intake for that. you could swap the heads over, but then you end up with very low compression (7:1 range) unless you swap pistons.

basicly if you are going to use this motor, you need to convert to efi. it realy isnt that hard, the most involved part is getting a high pressure fuel pump and return line into the car. the wiring harness will drop right in and you shouldnt have any problems.

if you absolutly want to stick with carb, then just rebuild what you have.

As sharkey said, the DIS and/or dizzy is NOT the issue with the swap. The problem comes where as there is NO carb intake that will bolt up to aluminum heads. So there is your deal buster...

OK, that answers my question. Darn. Well, I guess the search continues..... Anyone in Florida got a running carbable (is that a word? If not, it should be) fwd 60* that they dont need anymore and are willing to barter?
Yes, I am adamint(sp?) about got going to FI or ecm. My X-11 is a true school (not "old" school) muscle car and I want it to remain that way.

Oh, and I'm not too disappionted by this motor not working out 'cuz I'm still gonna get a nice set of beretta 15" bbs rims (the lace style).

You can use the Beretta block, your heads and pistons, and your dizzy if you are just looking to replace the rotating assembly.

Good idea, but that would sort of negate rebuilding original motor.
