quad 4 to 3.1

Ok I picked up a 94 grand am with a quad 4 for $50 with a blown up motor I have a 3.1 out of a 93 Lumina laying in the corner of my shop what would be involved in putting the 3.1 in the grand am I have the ecu out of a 92 Beretta with a 3.1 will this plug in or do I need the wiring from a car with a 3.1 I just want a cheep car to drive instead of my good car

any one I also have a 96 Lumina with a thrown rod that I am going to part out so I have a lot of parts just trying to get a idea of how much work it will be I just want it to drive so performance is not really an issue
